
I called the Sprint yesterday once more and requested a $75.00 credit for the Web access usage that they 'mistakenly' charged. It was the third consecutive month. Everytime I received my bill, I call them and I am getting tired of it.
They had been asking me to renew my contract with Sprint. I have been thinking of moving to other mobile company after that bad service I got. My contract with Sprint will expire this coming July. I am thinking AT&T.
I have been with Sprint since 2003. Do you think moving at AT&T is a good idea? I also plan to get an iPhone but the replacement phone I got from Sprint was kind of new and still work good. I gonna keep my Palm Treo 755p for a while.
With Sprint I got a 20% discount on my monthly call charges and web/data usage and credit requests if I made a complaints about it. I also get a $150 savings for a new unit if I get a 2-year agreement or $75.00 for 1-year agreement with them. Sprint versus AT&T...Which one has better service? (particularly the customer service)
