Whether you want to celebrate the reemergence of your pre-baby figure or need a little inspiration to continue your healthy habits, a special shopping trip is in order.
Create A Wish List–Flip through your favorite magazines and catalogs to see what outfits or items catch your eye. Jot down a list of items to look for during your shopping excursion or visit your favorite store’s websites, it’s more convenient while you watch your baby at home.
Map Out A Plan–Decide which stores are mostly likely to offer what you’re looking for. Head to the mall for lots of options or an outlet center for bargains galore. Find the discounted racks or check out the stores websites “sale section” before you go shopping, you will save a lot time when roaming around the store.
Think Comfort–Being a mom means plenty of bending, stretching, and lifting, so look for clothes that can move with you. Also, consider focusing on machine-washable items. It’s one of the things that I always do, I check on the care instruction because I don’t want to get clothes that need to be dry cleaned only for my casual wear. Although I machine-washed my silk tops it wasn’t bad at all, actually.
Splurge on classics–Consider new black slacks or jeans–two wardrobe workhorses that go with nearly everything. Try on as many pairs as you need to find a comfortable fit. Classics are best to get it won’t stay out of style and it match good when you pair it with any tops.
Don’t forget your feet!–Take the time to have your feet measure, since pregnancy may have affected their size. Get at least one great-looking pair of shoes that are practical for everyday wear. One of my favorite things shoes and sandals. I’d make sure it’s always comfortable.
Enlist a babysitter–It’s hard to concentrate on yourself and try on clothes with kids on board. Ask grandparents or a trusted friend to mind the kids while you hit the stores. What we did on our shopping day was my husband took our kids in the playpen area at the mall while I do my shopping.

A Fabulous Foundation For Women
The right undergarments can bring out the best in any outfit. The reason: Well-fitting bras and panties help clothes hang correctly and look their nicest.
BRAS Pregnancy and nursing can greatly affect your chest size, so ask a salesperson in the lingerie store or department to measure you. You’ll be amazed at what a difference the right bra can make! If you’re nursing try Johnson & Johnson Breast pad. It holds leak for hours. (I recommend it)
PANTIES Wearing a pretty pair can give you a mental boost. Choose materials and cuts that feel most comfortable to you. Find materials that made of Lycra. Try hiphugger/boyshort panties it’s very comfortable.
BODY-SHAPING GARMENTS Your body has been through a lot recently, so a little help from a quality foundation garment can be greater for special occasions. Undergarments that cover your midsection, or special spandex bicycle shorts that tame the tummy, butt, and thighs can be big confidence boosters. Try Spanx or Donna Karan Body Shaper.

Great Ways To Look Younger
I found this article a week ago from MSN and good thing they let you blog something you read on their website. Try these professional beauty tips and see the results:
Put your blow dry in cold setting–use it to dry your lotion and sunscreen, says Fredric Brandt, Dermatologist and author of 10 Minutes/10 Years. “Allowing skincare products to set makes your make-up go on smoothly and last longer,” says Brandt.
Apply mushroom on your skin–Mushrooms that are rich in anti-oxidants decrease inflammation that causes wrinkle and loss of firmness plus they don’t cause irritation, according to Martha Randon, M.D., University of Miami School of Medicine. Some mushrooms also contain enzymes that speed cell turnover, slow collagen breakdown and improve the tone and texture of our skin.
Use coffee been extract–It packs polyphenols, antioxidants with the most free-radical fighters that protects cellular damage, the main cause of “aging”, according to David McDaniel, M.D., and professor of dermatology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. (Find skincare products that contain coffee bean extract)
Use a sleep time moisturizer–Cosmetic Chemists know that many anti-aging ingredients stay active longer when they’re not exposed to sunlight. Retinoids, which speeds cell turnover “can break down chemically with light exposure and become ineffective,” says Julian Omidi, M.D., a dermatologist in private practice in Los Angeles.
Sleep flat on your back–smashing your face into a pillow creates fold lines that eventually become permanent if they’re repeated every night. Spending time on your back helps counter the effects of gravity that accumulate during the day. In a recent study of 38 women and men, Japanese researchers found that there are more wrinkle in the afternoon than in the morning; they concluded that the face literally falls with gravity as the day progresses. At night, you get a chance to reverse that (I think it’s true–I observed it when my husband is asleep his muscle relaxes and the lines won’t show up so much).
