I love seafoods a lot and it has been my favorite since I was young. When I get to this place, Lobster becomes one of my favorite seafoods. I like the grilled lobster with sweet and sour sauce.
If I were to see a
Cook off competition. I would love to see a different way of preparing a lobster something with a taste of an asian cuisine. Spicy, sweet, and maybe add a pineapple to get the sour taste.
Another favorite of mine is Salmon. If you don't know, Northwest has got the best Salmon you can find in the United States. It has been a favorite seafood of the local residents and visitors in the Northwest. You can find variety of Salmon at the farmers public market in downtown Seattle.
As some of you knew, the famous Lobster in the US is grown in Maine. Knowing that the source of foods you've eaten are grown in the local farm, then you know that it's fresh and safe. This makes me think of going to seafood restaurant this weekend.
Do you have any suggestions for a recipe both the Lobster and Salmon? Have you ever tried one you like, that make you crave? I'm so excited for this competition called Great American Seafood Cook Off. I can't wait to see the array of seafoods on the table.
